   Under Brent's leadership, First Baptist Church Carrollton is seeking to build individuals and families through life-application messages from the Word of God. Before coming to the pastoral staff at First Baptist Carrollton, Brent was the Minister to Young Married Adults at Prestonwood Baptist Church, Plano, Texas. There, Brent and his wife, Allison, worked directly with hundreds of young couples and the struggles they face in the first years of marriage.
   Today the Taylors help others to instill the importance of building a successful family foundation in a Christ-centered relationship. Brent and Allison have been married over ten years and have three children.

   During the course of her professional career, Deb has served as a school psychologist, as a clinical director for two psychiatric hospitals, and most recently, as a private practice clinician. Whether in the therapeutic setting or before large groups, she offers biblically-based guidance to encourage and challenge couples in building healthy, Christ-centered families.
   Deb is a public speaker on various topics of mental health in private and public sectors, as well as in the corporate training arena. She has published various articles in both academic and popular literature. Deb and her husband, Mike, have been married over twenty-five years and have two grown children, Kenny and Tim.
